Intake Process

*Note for parents: if you are contacting me for your teen, please note that teens

in the state of Washington become legally responsible for their mental health

care at the age of 13. If your teen decides to work with me, we will need to get

permission from your teen through a Release of Information form for you and I

to have contact. I encourage you to reach out for services and I can explain

more about this process.

Intake Session: our first session together. This session will give you an opportunity to ask more questions about the therapy process and help me get a better understanding of how I can help. In this session, teens will often feel most comfortable coming to this initial session on their own, but sometimes they feel most comfortable bringing a parent. Either works!

Length: 50 min.

Fee: $250

Payment Options

I am a private pay / out of network provider and my fee includes the operational cost of art materials.

I do provide an invoice (called a Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Please keep in mind that insurance reimbursements are based on your individual insurance plans, and not all companies provide reimbursements.

I use a HIPAA compliant program called SimplePractice which allows me to bill you confidentially for therapy services through a client portal. Payments accepted on this platform include all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are due at the time of service.
