I have specialized experience supporting clients and families experiencing these challenges after serving as the staff art therapist on the Seattle Children's Hospital Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit. I understand that these can be chronic conditions. I will work with you to learn unique and creative coping skills based in your strengths to live a life you can be excited about.
If you have recently transitioned from inpatient hospitalization or residential care for Eating Disorders, Self Harm behaviors, and/ or Suicidal Ideation, I can support you as an outpatient provider. I am experienced with helping clients learn to stay safe at home and advocate for their needs while moving between multiple levels of mental health care.
